1. After making hole with Masai drill use aqua tip to lift up the membrane.
2. Engage the Aqua tip onto the hole.
3. Fill the syringr with saline water and join with hose.
4. Place the syringe into the roller and stick the hose with Aqua tip.
5. To lift up the membrane, turn the roller.

MAGNETIC DRILL

It is a magnetic drill which deletes maxillary bone without damage of the sinus membrane. Using Alnico magnets which can bear 400℃, the magnet of the drill is not changed with autoclave temperature.

Character of magnetic Drill - Three Kinds Safety devices

1. Blade of drill has grooves in the diamond bar for excellent safety and cutting force, and despite being able to reach the sinus membrane, causes no damage.

2. Masai drill are tripped against sill which made by initial drill, and even if pressed at moment of bone punching, the masai drill does not go through into the hole.

3. At the moment of bone punching, the upper part of masai drill will separate from the Lower part by magnetic force and stops operation. It can be perceived by hand, so you can easily separate the gear.
